Talking about Spotify

Boss: so you can listen to anything?

Me: Most everything. OTowns first CD isn’t available which is hugely disappointing but their second cd is there.

Boss: they had two CDs? I thought they just had that one song about a butterfly

Me: oh no. You are thinking if CRAZY Town who’s only hit was called butterfly. OTown is obviously a boy band.

After three weeks, I finally got my butt back to 6 am bootcamp. What a fantastic and sweaty way to start the day.

I always feel wonderful after bootcamp but when I wake up the siren temptress that is my bed calls to me. It so hard to get out of bed at 5:35 but I must!

Tomorow is my last hypnosis session so I won’t be able to get back to bootcamp until Thursday morning. 3 days isn’t too shabby!

So much animal protein!

I think the hardest part about this week is all the cooking I will have to do. There is so much prep work with meat! (dirty)

Just sittin’. Waitin’. Wishin’.

I’m about to go in to get hypnotized for weight loss. Im incredibly anxious. There is nothing fun about sitting in a room with other overweight people. We are all in the same boat but it is still strange.

My sister has had such great success with it so why not? The only thing I have to lose is some money and some lbs.

I was quite a skeptic before. Talking to me is going to make me not want to eat cake?! Psh, NO Way! But I has seen 6 family members drop the lbs like its going out of style.

So I will go sit in that room for 3 hours. Get hypnotized. And shed those lbs.
